Hi y'all Thought it was about time we let you know a little about ourselves. I am a mother of 3 girls of whom Lelilya is the youngest and the only one still at home. The other two are in the service - one Marine and one Airmen. I have been married to a Marine for almost 25 years now but we are currently getting divorced. I work as an accounting technician for the Navy. Lelilya graduated from high school last May and is currently attending the local community college while she tries to decide on a school for a degree in film editing. She works part-time at the commissary as a grocery checker and sometime stocker. In the past we played Everquest-Live and EQ2. Lelilya preferred to play paladins while I have played druid, cleric, templar and monk. We did not hear about LOTR til right before they started the free trial and have been hooked ever since. We play as a team as often as Lel's schedule allows, but I play a hunter named Rieneth when Lelilya is busy. We are happy that y'all took us in and hope that we can be an asset to the kinship.

Great to have both of you in the kinship . . . . . I'm sorry that I didn't reply much, much sooner. Growing up, I always wanted to be in the Navy . . . . . but only to fly an F-14 Tomcat . . . . man I loved that plane! That may be the one connection to me working in Law Enforcement now, for those that know me in RL . . . . it was a real shocker, and they've never been able to figure it out.
Anyway, I'm currently trying to recruit an entire rocket division from the U.S. Army . . . they're stationed in Iraq currently, and play WOW during their free-time . . . but they should at least try LOTRO (or so I think).

Cate & Lelilya great to be apart of the kin with you great folks!!
In keeping with D's discussion on military Planes, I have a deep heart for two of the most elegant and beautiful planes of the 2nd WW...
The first being P51 probably the most beautiful joint venture ever created between the US and the UK, designed in the UK, with US and UK engineers....
Based upon the Supermarine Spitfire Mk IV, enlarged with a Mustang engine for payload, distance, and elevation... It is a marvel of WWII engineering.. that deserves a place up there as one of the number 1 planes of all time...
My second Love has to be the Supermarine Spitfire MKIV an elegant, fast, fighter without it the UK would have lost in the skies to the German Luftwaffe MS 109e, with a very small airforce they managed with Poles, Canadians, 1 american and groups of Brits to fight back tyranny over the English Channel with this beautiful fighter plane, in fact ironical by the time that the Normandy Landings took place the Germany Luftwaffe only had a very small airforce...
This does not in anyway detract from the many planes and squadrons who dedicated their lives to saving their country and families.
Warmest ;DChin

Warmest regards from Shelix and Pickle.
Although I must say Cate...
You should have worked harder on bringing your other two daughters up better! They would have joined the Army then, and been respectable.
*cough* Wait, I'm retired....
