Hey guys, it's Canin,
So I have been taking a little break from the game, and want back lol. My problem is that I had uninstalled the game from my computer and had suspended my turbine account. I have since re installed lotro and reactivated my turbine account. I am running into issues because when I log in, it will not allow me to log into any of my characters expect my lowest (a lvl 3). When I scroll over Canin and my other characters, it says that the "area has not yet been downloaded". The next step I took was at the turbine download manager screen, I right clicked and attempted to validate and repair any download problems and it came up clear and the problem has not gone away. I dont know if any of you have ever heard about this problem, but if you have I would love to get some advice from you on how I can get back into playing! Thanks, I hope everyone is well.
Canin

I haven't heard of that particular problem, but search the lotro.com boards . . . they have just about everything there, and the quick fixes for them.
If that doesn't work, contact Turbine directly . . . we gotta get you back in!

Silly question, but -- When you reinstalled LOTRO, did you also reinstall the Mines of Moria pack? I would have thought that the game would automatically patch back in the files that it needs, but I suppose it's also possible that it might not apply to an expansion pack. No idea if this will help you, but it might be worth a shot if you don't have any other ideas right now. I suppose you could also consider removing the game and downloading a fresh copy, although I freely acknowledge that's a fairly painful solution
