You know, I wish I could be on a computer at work! But I get yelled at for chatting when we have no customers..... So I'm guessing they wouldn't let me NEAR a computer lol

(Yep, I'm at work right now ... sorry to gloat, Lel :-)
A cellphone with a mobile data plan and a browser would be all it takes to get you here. You don't strictly NEED something that's considered a regular 'computer'!

I think this makes you the Lord of the Tweetings. Or perhaps Lord of the Twings. But I can't think of a good combination of 'Oromë's Army' and "Twitter" or "Tweet", even if we were going to integrate it. Did you see that someone made a twitter addon for WoW? World of Tweetcraft ... oh yes. Because everyone wants to know that you just got achievement <x> or hit level <y>. Mm hmm.

Sounds like some people need to pull their heads out of their posteriors I'm reading a book at the moment entitled "Slack: Getting Past Burn-out, Busywork, and the Myth of Total Efficiency" by Tom DeMarco. I know, I know, doesn't SOUND all that interesting, but if you're interested in organisational leadership, it's actually very good and puts forward some strong postulates. The point that seems relevant here is that if an expectation is set at work that you will be occupied 100% of the time (and thus should have no time for talking or writing a forum post), the organisational structure, thinking, and leadership is flawed. Seriously flawed. Read the book to understand why! OK, so that might be going a bit far. But *I* think it's a good book (btw: posting from work again, in a SLACK MOMENT)

Sooooo tired today - stayed up until this morning watching the Rays game, then got up for work a few hours later - - now I'm fighting to stay awake while surrounded by 64 soon to be convicted felons.

Just had to remind one of my crazy felons that there really wasn't anyone standing next to him, yelling at him.

I just busted two juniors for bullying. Fun, you would think they would know better by now. I think they thought I was just going off on a pregnancy rant. Nope, just got sick and tired of them forcing everyone to move from "their" lunch table. Geez. Didn't know we had assigned lunch tables. (We're talking a high school lunch group of maybe 100 kids tops - not the full blown lunches of public schools.)

Yeah, I'm still betting that there was a pregnancy rant in there somewhere . . . . but hopefully crazy sock day is going better?

How about this for a work week. Monday - 7 PM till 8AM Tuesday 11 PM till 11 AM (adjusted for a staff ranking meeting) Wednesday (what was left of it) off Thursday - 4-8 for ranking all folks!! Friday (to come) 11AM till when ever my shift is all set (could be as late as 7AM) Saturday 7PM till 7AM Sunday - same as Saturday, unless I can some how justify not being present for some of our most important opertions....
Next week is also screwed..
I love end of year stuff!!
